Temperature Controller Electrolux

Frimetal S.A., a subsidiary of the AB Electrolux group, contacted us to design its new line of horizontal freezers “Eternity.” The project included the product’s aesthetic design and full development of the injected pieces for its later tooling manufacture.

For its temperature controller, we worked on a new security system that prevents the involuntary change of the selected use mode, in order to meet the product safety regulations. The controller includes six different moulding pieces that can be assembled in record time, without using neither screws nor tools of any kind. This contributes to a significant fabrication costs reduction.
